If for any reason you are not thrilled with your purchase we will gladly accept any full priced item return for store credit, exchange, or refund within 15 days of receipt. Merchandise must be unworn and in the condition it was received.  A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all full refunds.   All purchases of “sale” or discounted items are final.  Please email us at Sales@love-thirteen.com with your order number and reason for return to initiate the return process.

Return policy above does not apply if purchase was made in person or in support of a charity event or function. In such cases all sales are final.
