As a part of your order you will be provided with an ash kit for shipment of ashes. The ash kit will contain a small jar, a pre-paid label for shipping, and specific instructions on quantity and shipment of the ash.
Ideally, you will need to send a minimum of 1/2 teaspoon which is enough for one bead. The ash kit instructions will provide you specific instructions on quantity needed for multiple bead orders. Any unused ash will be returned to you with your order.
Each ash kit will include a small collection jar with a label sticker and a receipt for your order. Each jar will be labeled with your name. Once the beads are produced they are placed in a labeled box and sent to Heather along with any remaining ash in your jar.
Yes. Please let us know when you order, and extra jars with labels will be provided in your ash shipment kit.
Your ash kit should arrive within 4 days. Once you send your ash the entire process should take no more than 3 weeks (usually less) for you to receive your Angel Collection piece or pieces.
The Angel Collection pieces and the beads are very unlikely to break. The beads are kiln annealed for long lasting strength and durability. However, we realize accidents do happen, please contact us and we will make arrangements for a repair of a collection piece or replacement of an angel bead.
